Meet the maker
Hi, I’m
Chloe.
I’m the owner and face behind Sand & Spark. I created this little jewelry business when I was looking for a way to pursue my creativity in an expressive way. I had heard of permanent jewelry before and loved the idea of customizing pieces for my family and friends.
I finally decided to take the leap in December 2025. I purchased my welder, some chains, and the tools I needed to begin. Learning a new skill was challenging, but it was so worth it. I was deeply inspired by my mom who is my best friend. She has been an esthetician since I was a little girl, and has grown very successful in her lash business. With her support, it motivated me to start Sand & Spark!
Since beginning, I’ve vended at markets across San Diego, have been a special part of bachelorettes and birthday parties, and gotten to meet some amazing people along the way. I feel so blessed to offer permanent jewelry and do something I love.
I hope to meet you, and that we can create something lasting together.
